DOSAGE
NUTIco virgin coconut oil (130 ml) can be taken orally up to 2 tablespoons twice daily or it can also be applied onto the skin, scalp and hair. It can also be used for cooking as well!

His concern about how conventional medicine is practiced led to increasing interest in alternative investigations and thinking.
